Our next Work-break Webinar series

We need to talk: Health and Wellbeing

From February 2023, we’ll be bringing you not one, but two new schedules of webinars about all things applied behavioural science as part of our ‘We Need to Talk’ series.

First up, it’s health and wellbeing in the spotlight. Over the course of four topic-focused webinars, Dr Rachel Langbein will guide you through how to use your behavioural science knowledge gained from series one to tackle key public health issues faced by today’s western society: physical inactivity, obesity, smoking and mental health.

Here is what you can expect over the next 5 months:

Thursday 23rd February - An Introduction to Series 2

Thursday 30th March - We Need to Talk: Weight Management

Thursday 27th April - We Need to Talk: Physical Inactivity

Thursday 25th May - We Need to Talk: Addictive Behaviour

Thursday 29th June - We Need to Talk: Mental Health

They say that all good things must come to an end, but we disagree. We like to think that “all good things can be recorded and watched on demand!”

Our ‘A load of BS’ work-break webinar series covered everything from cognitive dissonance to the COM-B model and it’s all right here at your fingertips to watch at a time that suits you. This toolkit will equip you with the fundamental WHAT's and WHY's of behavioural science that can be applied to your day-to-day decision making, working life and relationships with others.

Check out our library of replay videos to get one step ahead before the new series launches, introducing you to the HOW's of behaviour change- applying your knowledge in the real world.
